The Student Finance Board is seeking applications for it's Executive Board for the 2019-20 academic year. The application is available below. Please provide your responses to the questions as well as your resume. Applications are due Tuesday, March 26th at 12:00 pm. Interviews will take place Wednesday, March 27th from 12:30-3:30 pm. Submit your application by emailing it SFBoard@tcnj.edu. The following positions will be elected:
Operations Director: This is a paid position with 15 required office hours per week. You will act as the Vice President of the SFB. Your responsibility will be to oversee the voucher process and ensure that payments and reimbursement are made in an efficient and timely manner.
Administrative Director: This is a paid position with 10 required office hours per week. Your responsibly will be to oversee our bus request process. In addition you manage insurance requirements for the SFB and all student organizations on campus. You will also manage the student org printer and purchase supplies for organizations and SFB.
Programming Director: This is a paid position with 10 required office hours per week. Your responsibility will be to advise student organizations with programming on and off campus. In addition you will manage SFB’s equipment center and ensure organizations have access to sound and lighting equipment. You will also help manage our sound technician policy and update the SFB website.
Executive Assistant: This is an unpaid position with 5 required office hours per week. Your responsibility will be to create the weekly allocation packets and prepare critical funding information weekly for allocation meetings.

SFB distributes the Student Activity Fee, a fund that undergraduate students pay into as part of tuition. These funds are set aside specifically for the SFB to allocate towards events, concerts, recreation and more.
