The Student Finance Board is seeking applications for its General Board for the 2022-2023 academic year. This application is available below. The mission of the TCNJ Student Finance Board is to allocate the Student Activity Fund of nearly $2 million in a fiscally responsible manner. SFB's General Board members have the core responsibilities of attending weekly Wednesday General Board allocation meetings from 12:30PM-3:30PM, serving two office hours per week in SFB’s office (BSC 214), attending Summer/Winter budget retreats, and acting as a liaison between a designated group of student organizations and SFB! The positions available and number allotted per position are as follows:
Any undergraduate student may run for the position of Representative at Large, and for class-specific positions, the student must be a member of that respective class according to the Office of Records and Registration. SFB’s schedule for the 2022-2023 elections are as follows:

Compliance Director: This is a paid position with 10 required office hours per week. You will act as the Vice President of the Student Finance Board. Your main responsibilities include serving as the speaker of the board, purchasing compliance, and being the liaison to all Club/Intramural Sports & The Signal. Operations Director: This is a paid position with 8 required office hours per week. Your main responsibilities include the processing and approval of vouchers to ensure payments are made in an efficient/timely manner along with maintenance of SFB’s Budget Tracker. Financial Director: This is a paid position with 8 required office hours per week. Your main responsibilities include the handling of deposits, wire transfers, and fundraising balances of recognized student organizations. Administrative Director: This is a paid position with 8 required office hours per week. Your main responsibilities include the processing of RSO bussing requests, coordinating the Loop Bus, maintenance of the RSO printer, and streamlining the usage of ROAR QR code scans. Programming Director: This is a paid position with 8 required office hours per week. Your main responsibilities include the handling of SFB's equipment center while also managing Sound/Light Technicians as well as SFB's website. Executive Assistant: This is a paid position with 8 required office hours per week. Your main responsibilities include preparing critical funding information for SFB's meetings, taking meeting minutes, overseeing SFB's social media presence, and assisting with the SFB Budget Tracker. Programming Director: This is a paid position with 10 required office hours per week. Your responsibility will be to advise student organizations with programming on and off campus. In addition you will manage SFB’s equipment center and ensure organizations have access to sound and lighting equipment. You will also help manage our sound technician policy and update the SFB website. Executive Assistant: This is an unpaid position with 10 required office hours per week. Your responsibility will be to create the weekly allocation packets and prepare critical funding information weekly for allocation meetings.
